Our commercial kitchen provides fresh-cooked, nutritious breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.
Activity Rooms
Activity rooms and lounges, located throughout Ayre Manor, provide places for social gatherings, meetings, entertainment and physical activities.
Lounges
Lounges all feature flat screen TVs, Alexas, wifi internet access and pianos. One lounge features a fireplace.
Therapy Tubs
We offer therapy tubs with overhead lifting systems.
Gardens
Pathways enable residents to experience the serene gardens on the property and to enjoy the fresh, clean coastal air.
Safety & Security
Our main building has key-fob controlled security locks. We have well-lit parking lots and sidewalks. In addition, we have 7 security cameras throughout the property.
Parking
There are 7 free parking spaces available for residents and free parking for visitors. Accessible parking is available.
Public Transit Access
HandyDART will make stops at Ayre Manor. BC Transit bus routes #61 and #65 are a 5 minute walk away.
Pet Policy
Residents may not keep pets of any kind. Ayre Manor recognizes the importance and value of pet visitations. Pets must be quiet and well behaved during visitation. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of their pet droppings.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking allowed at Ayre Manor except for the designated smoking area located 750 meters from the building.
