Independent Living at Ayre Manor is offered as a market-rate rental. When a vacancy becomes available, we will notify those on our contact list.

Be prepared for future vacancies with your application info, which must include:

Your contact info:
full name, current address, daytime phone number, and email address
Two references:
each with full name, relation to you, daytime phone number, and email address
Your emergency contact:
full name, relation, day and night phone numbers, and email address
Short description of your reasons for applying including:
your immediate needs, your connection to Sooke, and anything else you think will help us in making a decision

If you are invited to accept one of our units, you will be asked for a criminal record check and proof of income or financial stability, such as a recent bank statement.

Assisted Living at Ayre Manor is a mix of subsidized and market-rate rentals.

Complex Care at Ayre Manor includes one private-pay suite.
